I'm a true Los Angeles native. I've called neighbourhoods across this city home — Venice, Silver Lake, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills — before settling in Encino, where I now work out of the Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California office.
Living across LA's most sought-after pockets gives you an insider's read that no amount of market data replaces. Which streets hold value. Which school districts actually matter to which families. Which houses photograph beautifully and live badly.
Before real estate, I built a career in design, including work for companies such as Perry Ellis and Alternative Apparel. That eye for craft, proportion and materials is still how I see a house. I don't just sell them — I see what a space could become, and I help clients and developers shape homes with real intention behind every decision.
What clients tell me they value most is honesty, negotiation, and being reachable. I'll tell you the truth even when it isn't what you want to hear. I fight hard at the table. And I show up — calls, texts, weekends, whatever the deal needs. I work more like a partner than an agent, and I follow every transaction through to the finish with the same care I bring to design.
Hiring an agent, a designer and a project manager separately means three opinions, three invoices and nobody accountable for the result. I do all three, so the plan holds together and so does the budget.
Christie's International Real Estate · DRE #01940017. More than a decade selling across Encino, Beverly Hills, the Hills and the Valley, plus three sales in Malibu.
A design background before real estate, including work for companies such as Perry Ellis and Alternative Apparel.
Scope written, trades vetted, schedule and budget held — through to the punch list, on kitchens, baths and whole-house remodels.
I'll walk the property, tell you what I'd change before we list, what it would cost, and what it should sell for on both sides of that work. No obligation, no pressure.
